Welcome
to Tera Stables in Staunton, VA. Our horse boarding facility offers 30 beautiful acres of horse pastures, barns, ridding
rings and running sheds, two miles west of Staunton. I am a full time trainer, I can train your horse or you.
I offer beginning to experienced riding lessons in western, or english.
Let me begin by introducing myself. My name is Tera Fauver and I have been riding and competing for about 18
years now. I have competed everything from the A rated hunters to the APHA and AQHA circuit. I have had some VERY successful
2 year olds on the APHA circuit including many of Georgeousorkie babies. I was in the AQHA circuit with Steve Meadows and
with Tracy Garland on the APHA circuit. After leaving youth I started to work for Tracy Garland learning and establishing
horses in training for western pleasure and hunter under saddle. As of now I am mostly teaching students to strive for
the best and for them to meet each of their goals in the horse world. Mainly running the local shows introducing the competition
to the ones who have not had the experience. We keep it competitive but keep the fun in the love of horses.
Our facility provides two barns which indulge ten matted
stalls. Very large tack room and feed room, two wash bays, and hay lofts. Two riding rings, one with an eight fence course
designed for the competitors. Or if you are a laid back trail fan we have over 2000 acres of trails for your enjoyment.Horses
are provided with the up most care and are on a twenty-four hour watch. Horses are brought in during the day in the summer
with fans provided and turned out at night. In the winter, they are turned out during the day and brought in at night ( blanketed
if requested). We have stall providing available for $300 a month or limited pasture board for $175. If any questions please
feel free to give us a call.
I
also have a full dog boarding facility were all the runs are indoor and outdoor runs. We love the large dogs as well
as the small house pets. Please visit our dog folder to enjoy some pictures of our dogs.
